Hee Anokhi Gaath Movie Review 2024

"Hee Anokhi Gaath" is a 2024 marathi movie starring Shreyas Talpade (Shree) and Gauri Ingavale (Amla). I watched it yesterday and I am in love with every character that was played in the movie. 

The movie is all about a lawyer whose mother has cancer and is about to die soon so she decides to get him married to Amla's sister. 

Amla's sister dies and her father decides to get her (Amla) married to Shree. Amla does not want to get married and has many dreams to achieve. She also has a boyfriend, Rohit. And as expected after the marriage, things don't go well as Shree comes to know that Amla loves someone else and was forced to marry him. 

Shree is shown as a kind hearted person who then requests Amla to leave in 15 days as his mother is about to die and he does not want her to get upset about all of this. He supports her in all possible ways. And they start communicating as good friends.

Amla agrees about the 15 days waiting period and they both start acting and supporting each other throughout the period of 15 days. 

After Shree's mother expires, he drops Amla to Bombay where her Rohit was waiting to get married to her. 

Amla was in the hope that she would marry Rohit the next day of her arrival to Bombay but, Rohit for one or the other reason kept delaying the marriage. 

Slowly Amla understands what she really wants and decides to go back to Shree.

How did Amla find Rohit?, how does the sister die?, whether Shree's mother really did not know about this drama? What happens to Rohit then? And a very important question - Does Shree accept her? 

For the answers, you need to give this masterpiece a watch. 

This movie showcases how real love is and how your better half should be after marriage. 

This love story is beautiful and really makes a person believe in true love in an arranged marriage.
