Social media addiction

Hello readers,

Today's topic is very common I believe and often ignored as well.

I think in today's generation (I belong to the same generation) social media plays a very vital role in changing your opinions, intentions, and the way you think.

What is often seen online, we tend to believe it very easily. But here we need to understand that what we often see online is not true.

Be it Bollywood mirchi masala news or something related to "opinions" on social issues or any other social news, we need to understand that the right source for the news is not Instagram reels or YouTube shorts, it is the news on the television or the news we read on the newspaper.

The impact of social media on our lives is so great. We tend to believe and imitate what we see online. Most people have also started to act and behave like their favorite influencers. They copy their routine, dresses, make-up, and choices and these things end up making them lose themselves.

Can we please stop blindly following what we see online? Can we stop blindly adapting things that we see online?

Why to lose ourselves by running behind something that looks pretty only online?

The right use of social media is for entertainment purposes only. While it is true that there are also a few news, motivational persons and reporters online that provide accurate news and suggest good things. We can indeed follow them.

But for the rest of things, I think it is always better to research through your end and proceed.

Right use of social media is very important.

Let's keep social media platforms easy. Enjoy it in a right way. Think before you act.

Thanks for reading!
