Hope you all are great. Today is Tuesday and we are here to discuss the topic. Before we proceed further, you all can also, suggest me few topics to discuss on. I am very open to suggestions. TOPIC:- Ways to be happy in your life
You cannot be happy 24/7. It’s a life, there will be ups and downs. You will have to experience sadness as well as happiness. Both have to come your way. But there are ways you can avoid chaos and mental stress in your life. You can avoid certain things. Because you get what you do. What you do or how you act today will be reflected in the future. The fruits of your actions will be thrown at you. Now whether it will be a soft thrown or hard thrown depends upon the actions you committed in the past.
That’s why to act very carefully. You need not be bad all the time to all the people. We often say that we can handle things alone, we are self-sufficient. Indeed you can be independent and self-sufficient but, at the end of your journey of life, you will need people to bury you or to burn you to ashes. You will indeed need people to help you in your difficult times. So here comes how to maintain relations in your life. Here comes how you arrange your attitude at different persons you meet in the journey of your life.
Now as the topic suggests I will be sharing a few ways you can remain happy in your life. This will indeed even help you to keep people around you happy. Because at the end of the day if you remain happy, people around you will also be happy. Just fix your mind and heart that way.
Below are the ways, let’s have a look
1 – Talk less- remember you need not poke your nose in every matter. You need not speak everywhere, every time. Talk less, this will avoid toxicity that gets created. Talk only when needed.
2 – Laugh more – Laugh as much as you can. Be happy and make others smile. Spread smiles and joy. Crack sensible and laughable jokes.
3 – Connect with right people – Connect with people who match your vibes. With whom you feel safe and happy are your kind of people.
4 – Ignore what triggers you – Ignore things and people who trigger you. What matters is your happiness. Remember that your happiness should be your priority. Ignore nonsense things.
5 – Set happiness as your goal – Every day remind yourself that today’s goal is to remain happy and try to accomplish that goal. Trust me this helps and I am setting this goal every day and it helps.
Every day read this and follow these rules. You cannot be happy all the time. It’s life and everybody experiences sadness in their lives but, you can at least avoid sadness which is self-made.
