A SHADOW

As promised I am back on time and here is my Saturday story blog. Today's story is amazing and I am sure you shall enjoy it. The story is weird and I am to be honest typing this today because this time I didn't want to be late for Saturday's blog. Okay, now finally let's get started. There was a girl named Shanaya (imaginary name of course). She was brilliant. She completed her studies and got a good job in Punjab. She shifted there. Since she didn't have a budget, she was looking for a good flat but a  lesser rent. After lots of effort and hurdles, she found a beautiful 3bhk flat and without wasting a moment she went for it. The agreements were signed by the concerned parties and Shanaya happily shifted there. To share the burden of the rent she thought she will get a girl with her to stay. So after few months she contacted the owner and shared her views regarding the same and after seeking permission, she gave an ad in a newspaper. After few weeks she received a call and she found a partner. Again new agreements were signed between the three parties and the deal was done.

Now the paranormal activities start. Till now, when Shanaya was staying alone no problem occurred and everything was smooth. And sorry I forgot to name the second girl, let's keep her name, Lata. So, after Lata shifted to the flat things started getting weird. Whenever they used to eat out and return home, Lata used to get a fishy smell. She used to ask Shanaya about the same, but, she used to never smell such a fishy smell. Sometimes at night, Lata used to hear some crying sounds from her bathroom.

One day, Lata got very scared. In her bedroom, there was a window and one night she saw some shadow of a woman, with hair on her face and the moment Lata saw it the woman disappeared and Lata ran towards Shanaya's room. She told Shanaya but, Shanaya said that maybe it was her dream and she should not focus on such things. But, the next day, Lata left the flat for few days and shifted to her Aunty's place. Now Shanaya was all alone. She stayed there uninterrupted and peacefully. Lata used to enquire about things and then she thought that it can be her dream. But, when Lata returned to the flat, she again started experiencing the same thing. Then Lata concluded that maybe whoever is here, doesn't want her to stay and has no problem with Shanaya. So she left the flat.

This was the story. It happened with my reader's friend. She still doesn't know what it was. She just told my reader this story and I am thankful to that reader to share this short story and letting us know about such things. Now, I do not promote the thing called paranormal. I don't know if such things happen. Maybe some science can be behind the visions of Lata or maybe she was lying, we do not know.
