Hey there!

If you do not have a friend to discuss yourself with and you are alone and have been isolated don’t worry. It’s totally fine to be alone. Enjoy your own company. No need to think too much over it. You are not the first person who has been isolated. It’s okay not to have many friends or no friends at all. Those who were alone have created magic in this world. A person who is alone is special. Think that you are a special soul. Don’t let the world’s judgment impact you. You are great. Start enjoying your own company. You don’t need others to make yourself great. Alone is enough to bring a change.

Loneliness is not a disease rather it’s a feeling. Stop treating yourself badly because you are alone. It’s fine if people don’t want to stay with you. It’s their choice. But you too have a choice that not to feel bad about it and rather start focusing on your mental and physical being. Treat yourself like a King/Queen. Talk to your soul that how and what will make your soul feel better. And never consider yourself alone because you have your parents. You can always talk your heart out to them. Nobody will understand you better than your family, remember that always.

Now apart from above if you are not alone but you feel lonely, don’t worry it’s just a phase and shall pass soon. It’s okay sometimes to feel lonely. I also sometimes feel that I am lonely and all but trust me I don’t think much and start reading and writing and soo overcome that feeling. It’s just a phase and won’t stay long if you ignore it and do something you like.

Now today’s blog is all about self-care. And doesn’t matter you feel lonely or not this is for all. So do read till the end.

Whenever you feel alone, just do some activities so that you will overcome the thinking and soon you will tend to forget it. Do something you like. If you like talking then talk yourself out. Discuss with your friends or family. This will make your heart feel lighter. Therefore, try to do something you like.

Below I have listed down some activities for you all to do. Check them out. Pick out which you like and have a good time doing it.

1) Go out for a walk – Sometimes fresh air is what we need. Talk with nature. Feel the air. Sometimes a walk is the best therapy. Spend some time with yourself. Sometimes that’s all we need.

2) Cooking – Try cooking some dishes. Invent a dish. Or try experimenting with the dish. This will stop making you think. This will divert your mind.

3) Read books – Read some new books. I would suggest that read books which will make you happy. Try reading comedy or scientific books or heroic books.

4) Watch something inspiring – Watch some shows which will inspire you.  Take some motivation. Inspire yourself. Watch motivational videos on YouTube. This will motivate you to think positively.

5) Favorite shows – Watch your favorite shows or movies and change your mood. This will make your mind happy.

6) Work out/Yoga – Do a workout or yoga and divert your attention. The workout will clean your thought and will relax your body and mind.


7) Meditation – Meditation will increase your focus. It will calm your thinking process. It will refresh your mind. It will sharpen your brain too.

8) Watch stand-up comedy – Watch stand-up comedy on YouTube. You can try out other YouTubers who make funny videos. Follow few comedy channels on youtube. It will make up laugh and change your mood and thinking process.

9) Research – Research on something you always wanted to. Research history or geography and gain some knowledge. Gaining knowledge will make you feel that you have earned something and made your life more meaningful.

10) Create a playlist – Create your music playlist. Listen to it. Refresh your mind. Listen to something rocking. Avoid sad songs and quotes. Listen to something motivational.

11) Find your goal for a week – Plan your goal for a week and try to earn it. Work for it. You will have something to think about. Plans such more goals every week.

12) Time table – Make a timetable. Plan your schedule every day and act accordingly.

13) Try something new – Try something new every day. For example, a new hairstyle, food, drinks, movies, etc. Do something you never did.

14) Writing – Write some or the other thing every day. Writing will bring you peace, believe me. Writing will make you speak and escape the world.

15) Instagram – Post inspiring posts every day. This will bring you happiness.


16) Facetime – Face time someone. Discuss your schedule, mood, etc with them. Share with them and also listen to their stories.

17) Visit talk shows – Visit talk shows or inspiring clubhouses. This will bring motivation to you.

18) Motivate – While you are healing, heal someone else too. Motivate them. Listen to their stories and tell them yours to inspire and motivate them more.

19) Plan – Plan outings with others. Roam and explore. Be adventurous. Try something new and innovative.

20) Eat, drink and sleep – Have a proper meal. Plan proper diet. Drink lots of water and take 7-8 hours of nap every day. Have a proper nutrient meal. Don’t skip any meal of the day.

Heal yourself completely. You do deserve a second chance and you deserve a happy life!

I hope you loved today’s blog. Today’s blog was different and I got this idea while searching for new content last Sunday. I wanted to write on something like this for the past 2 months but didn’t get a proper start. Finally wrote something good hopefully.
